Carmine was born and grew up in Naples Italy he moved to London to advance his career and experiences. This is where he met is wife and they moved to Australia in 2006. His dream and passion has always been about food and opening Scugnizzo his first restaurant was a culmination of hard work and immence passion. Carmine serves up the warmth and love of Naples in his dishes and takes you on a tour of real Italy.
